Why We Need To Make Oral Health A Priority – The Seattle Medium

By Michelle Merriweather, Diane Oakes and Lenny Wilkens Recently thousands of people were waiting in long lines winding around the Seattle Center. Many arrived in the middle of the night. Sadly, they were not there to attend a sporting event or concert, but instead were waiting for free health care, with dental care the most […]

Passwords Simplified

Never worry about forgetting your password again.  Don’t allow hackers to guess your password by using birthdays, cat names, dog names, mother’s maiden names, schools
you attended, nicknames, favorite sports teams and so-forth-and-so-on. I’m sure you get the picture.

Some organizations require their employees to change their passwords every 90 days.   Some experts say you shouldn’t have the same passwords for more than 6 months.   I read somewhere that you shouldn’t have the same password on multiple accounts or even multiple devices for that matter.

I’ve just created a password generating program.  It can generate as many passwords as you want and as many characters as you want(how long they are.)

It uses a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

After you use one of the passwords, write out its use beside it.  It is suggested that you keep on a thumb drive and keep in a safe place . Do not store them on your computer.

Here is a sample…. of 10 passwords 10 characters long. Uses at the end are only suggestions for this illustration and will not be generated for your passwords. You chose which passwords and what they are used for. You can make that notation.

It is suggested that you not use spaces in your password. Spaces between characters are for clarity.

You do not have to use all of them, just pick the one(s) you want.

When it is time to reset your password, just pick an unused password. When you use them all,  just let me know and I’ll send you more.

As an introductory offer, they are $5.00 for 10 passwords 10 characters long.  While most passwords require at least 8 characters, 10 characters will give a “strong” password.   A 15 character password will be even stronger.   You could omit certain (up to 5  in a 15 character password) characters and still have a strong password.   This price will not last long so get your order in soon.

Special orders with specified lengths(up to 20 characters long) are available.

You can also specify if you do not want special characters as some password  limits certain special characters.

Let me know if you want yours and I’ll get them to you through
secure means.

I don’t keep a copy of your passwords, so keep them safe and handy.

Share this with your friends, so they can get their passwords.

AGAIN, It is not suggested that you use these sample passwords.

If you would like me to send you some passwords, fill out the form below and mail it with a  (introductory price) $5.00 money order.

The Catholic Church Played Major Role In Slavery – The Seattle Medium

Part Two in a Series on Slavery in America By Stacy M. Brown NNPA Contributor “When the missionaries arrived, the Africans had the land and the missionaries had the Bible. They taught us how to pray with our eyes closed. When we opened them, they had the land and we had the Bible.” — Jomo […]

Picked up this adult trike the other day

This is a Columbia 24 Inch, 3 speed, rear wheel coaster brake, front wheel hand brake, hi rise handle bars and chrome front fender.

Found this Adult Trike on craigslist the other day.   It was way out in the plum-nellies.   I’m talking intermittent GPS and my straight-talk had straight no-talk.

It is a 24in 3 speed adult trike.   It was built back when there was pride put in the quality of products being sold in America.   This trike actually has a differential in the rear-end.   Both rear wheels pull.   This trike was built to be  trike.  It was not an after thought where you add a rear-end to adapt a regular bike to make it a trike.  As you can see from the back, the frame is designed to accommodate dual rear wheels.   Along with the differential, you can even pivot on either rear wheel.  Try this on today’s trikes and you may find yourself going nowhere.

I will be adding a springer seat, headlight, dual mirrors, horn, comfy handle grips and blinking tail light.

I’ll be changing out the skinny front tire for a 24×1.75  and I have ordered the RH axel nut to accommodate the shifter chain.

I’m going to keep this one original, not going to E-Trike convert this one.

Replaced the front tire, put  on a few mirrors and installed and adjusted the right axel nut that accommodate the shifter chain.   This is a nice sturdy machine, rides really well.   Gonna need to change out the seat.  While it is plenty big enough, it has no springs.

Oh yayah, herit tis

Black Press Exclusive: Cosby Recording Could Prove Comedian Innocent – The Seattle Medium

By Stacy M. Brown NNPA Contributor A source whom can only be identified as a ‘neutral’ Montgomery County Court official, claims a tape played in court that helped convict Bill Cosby was either doctored or partly erased and the original recording contained information that would exonerate the comedian. “No one in the media, no one […]

Corn shucker

Ran across this at the swapmeet. Reminded me of my after school chores when we lived on a farm in Shinnsville, NC.
